Saturday, September 14, 2013 - Rich yellow color reveals much to come from this nicely aged 2009 vintage ( enjoyed 2013). Bouquet not overpowering but rich yellow mature fruit including apricot. Also some white pepper. But this is one that pleases the whole mouth. Full body with moderate acid structure. Long finish. Reminiscent of riesling with less acidity and more fruit. Delicious. Had with roasted sturgeon Also was great with Brie
