Thursday, May 10, 2007 - Yeah. Just relieved that it kept well and no heat damage, etc. Just moved the cellar from Fort Collins to Denver, and this is terrific. Earthy, meaty, medium to full bodied, and damned silky! A great finish. I haven't been downing too much 2000 CdP lately, but this is open and ready for business, and it should be around for quite a while yet too. Good stuff Maynard.
