Sunday, October 13, 2013 - Wow! Nothing wrong with this one!
Light garnet colored with a nose that needed half an hour to get started but when it did it
offered espresso roast, cedar and old decadent spice: in other words what a mature Bordeaux should offer.
Light bodied but flavorful and intense, leaner than in better vintages but still finish was lingering!
The first vintage of Mouton as Premier Grand Cru with the Picasso label.
A very fine mature Bordeaux still at its plateau of maturity but don't wait much longer...
