Friday, November 29, 2013 - This pale yellow "entry level" Chablis is quite impressive. With a nose of lemon verbena, chalk, flint and Asian spices, it follows with similar flavors in a light-bodied frame. Juicy and with seamless alcohol (listed as 12.5%), it remains harmonious throughout the middle. Concluding with medium length and crisp acidity, it is a delight to drink. Enjoy it over the next 3-4 years. Drink now-2017.
