Sunday, January 5, 2014 - This bottle has a bit of age on it and the xtra time has served it well. The Champenois say that NV Brut does not get any better but I disagree. This is citrusy and biscuity will bright, refreshing and even complex. Outstanding. thedrunkencyclist.com

5/11/2014 7:11:00 PM - Totally agree with your comment on aging NV Champagne. I always age mine at least 1 year and usually 2. Makes a huge difference in both the nose and palate.
