Sunday, June 12, 2011 - KYD #1.2: The nose is very impressive and with green apples and freshly baked bread. It is hugely intense and has a very fresh profile that also has a nice complexity. Some exotic notes like peach and just a hint of smoke.
Broad shouldered palate with a full bodied intensity but still with a touch of refined elegance.
Flavors are mostly red apples with a touch of brioche but also with a hint of white flowers.
Great balance and the intensity is amazing.
