Friday, January 24, 2014 - Nice Chardonnay fruit aroma soft mineral acid mid taste and finish. No sign of sweetness but not heavily acid. Soft tongue feel. The acid is very slight lemon. There is a balance to this wine that reflect's Christian Moreau's history with Chardonnay. There are no off aroma's. Light yellow color.
