Wednesday, February 19, 2014 - Gingseng roots, dry earth and red cherries on the nose. On the palate, dang gui Chinese herb with American gingseng all supported by bitter sweet racy raspberry and cherries and strawberries on a bed of red petals. Soft and balanced. V herbal or vegetal but unlike most burg vintages , this vintage is unique in its own right. For me growing up taking Chinese herbs and medicine , this reminds me of childhood
