Thursday, February 27, 2014 - WINE 305: ADVANCED BURGUNDY (Vancouver International Wine Festival) (Vancouver Convention Centre, Vancouver, BC, Canada): The only wine in this flight showing how well it has aged for a off vintage like 2004. Medium (plus) lemon-green. On the nose, citrus peel, lemon, hint of mushroom, butter, nutty notes. Medium plus acidity with medium plus finish. At peak, but still full of life. Can hold for another 3 to 5 years. Contrary to Bressande that shows well when young, Les Greves seems to be a late boomer.
