Friday, April 11, 2014 - Absolutely brilliant. Full on honey kick. Thick and creamy but there is enough acidity to keep balance (I wish a tad more). But if you like sauternes, there is nothing not to like here. I wish I would have saved this last bottle for maybe two or three more years. Oh well.
