Sunday, April 13, 2014 - Saline aromas of crushed rocks and dusty gravel. Medium body. Flavors of wet stone and citrus, tart green apple, and fresh pear. Dominated by minerality, this wine has lost the subtle oak influence it had 15 months ago. A fantastic Chablis. The intensity of flavor actually grows on the finish and lasts for 45 seconds. Drink over the next few years.
