Sunday, May 11, 2014 - Pale gold core with small persistent bubbles - purchased in 2013 (L036 1455). Clean nose of citrus and mineral with some honeyed notes. Flavours of citrus, melon and some delicious brioche characteristics. Very well balanced (dangerously so!) and elegant on the palate. Medium long finish with the citrus and mineral continuing.
