Friday, May 27, 2005 - Dark ruby red.
Like a flower at sunrise - opens up nicely and slowly.
Minerals, fresh earth, spring flowers perfume on the nose.
Palate - Pure core of cherry. Jammy, hot, spicy finish - layers of
black and red fruits, tobacco, chocolate, pepper on a bed
of rich tannins. Elegant and balanced.
