Wednesday, June 4, 2014 - This was a scintillating bottle. There's plenty of struck match to the aroma along with notes of fig, cashew, white peach and nougat. In the mouth it is layered like a great Montrachet. There's plenty of dense orchard fruits, some butterscotch and citrus and minerals. It still has good tension and energy although acidity is softening and length of flavour is superb.
