Tuesday, June 3, 2014 - This is a solid 90-pointer with a 93-point nose. Decanted 3+ hours. Nose showing candied cherry, talcum powder, cinnamon, sandalwood all well-integrated. In the mouth it's a bit of a tannic monster still, crying out for a fatty ribeye. The fruit is keeping pace with the tannin for the most part, but I don't think holding any longer in the cellar will lead to significant improvement.
