Friday, June 13, 2014 - Drank this at Extra Space @ Boon Keng for a Syrah tasting session.

When opened, this wine presented with a nice bouquet, perfumed nose.

On the palate this wine is gentle, with ripe cherries and a clean finish. The alcohol level is kept in check by the acidity, with a tinge of sweetness.

Has probably 3 to 5 more years in the cellar to go, but enjoyable as it is now.
