Sunday, June 29, 2014 - Pale colour, strawberry on the nose and a bit of something funky. The palate is wonderful, layers of flavour that really open up when one gives the wine gentle macro-oxygenation between the teeth. It would be easy to ruin this wine with the wrong food, it's a very finicky sort of thing.
