Monday, July 7, 2014 - Popped and drunk
Honey, flowers, a hint of fresh fish in a nice way on the nose. Mineral, orange peel nose. A type of rubber, over ripe pear flavors. Acid is a medium high. Weight medium. Limestone flavors, a bit of lime with out the acid flavors as well.
