Saturday, July 19, 2014 - A fabulous Sancerre. On the "open", the nose was filled with citrus/citrus rind. Lots of citrus (grapefruit) in the flavor profile. It was an interesting Sancerre relative to the body--very full/viscous. We are now on the hunt for more. Note added after 1 hour of being open (and not chilled): the flavor profile is more distinctive
