  Paille claire.
  Agrumes au nez, fleurs blanches.
  En bouche, vif et frais, agrumes, carambole.
  Très bien.

  Nice purity of fruit on the nose and palate but also has some Minerality with excellent length.

  A fabulous Sancerre. On the "open", the nose was filled with citrus/citrus rind. Lots of citrus (grapefruit) in the flavor profile. It was an interesting Sancerre relative to the body--very full/viscous. We are now on the hunt for more. Note added after 1 hour of being open (and not chilled): the flavor profile is more distinctive

  Jaune tres pale. Nez sur les agrumes et mine de crayon. En bouche belle acidite, agrumes. Sauvignon typique et tres mineral. Tres bien.
