Monday, July 21, 2014 - Wineberserkers Champagne and Sushi (Ariake, San Francisco): Deeper golden color; Complex, secondary notes, yeasty, very balanced, caramel; fabulous bead, balanced, some apricot fruit, richer style; finish is medium length. Pretty good, balanced, and very enjoyable tonight but with a lot of life left (>5 years). My last bottle. 92
