Wednesday, July 23, 2014 - Huge smoky mineral nose coupled with lime blossom, toast and citrus fruit. It is piercing and dry in the mouth with slate and powdered lime flavour. It finishes with great cut and has squint inducing acidity. Length of flavour is terrific.
