Thursday, July 24, 2014 - Drank this last night with Garlic Shrimp and homemade spinach pasta. It was a hit with the three of us. Sorry for not taking detailed notes but we were enjoying it so much along with the meal I didn't take detailed notes. From memory it was great. Soft edges but still with plenty acid to hold it together. Looking forward to my second bottle which we will drink sometime this year.
