Wednesday, August 6, 2014 - Pretty sure this was aged in American oak although everyone at the winery says they only use French. It's very herbal with heavy dill and anise on the tongue. I think for this budget brand of Sauv Blanc it's not what you'd expect. Stick with the Fume Blanc ftom the estate. Nice nose though of grapefruit and lime.
