Friday, September 5, 2014 - Seattle Offline IV - Italian Wines (Henry's House (Seattle)): Young nose of black cherry, blackberry, with a bit of vanilla and earthiness. Black fruit with a touch of prune on the palate initially, softening to a mid-palate of vanilla and a slightly bitter medium length chocolate finish. Good acidity with medium tannins. A moderately long dark fruit finish. Excellent, although still a bit tannic right now.
