Saturday, September 13, 2014 - I enjoyed this very much. At first, you tend to notice the precise acidity and the fine mousse. A short time in the air gives the wine more nose w brioche, a little grapefruit and the palate is very complex and balanced w lingering minerality, nuts, honeyed floral notes and a lovely mouthfeel. Very good to drink now, probably even better in 2-4 years.
