Saturday, October 18, 2014 - CAD Thanksgiving @ Chez Carmichel's with the Gang
Dark brick in color, three hour decant
Black cherry, woody hints, pipe tobacco, leather, chocolate
Nutmeg/cloves, saltiness, blueberries, red licorice. Palate is like nose.
This is a sophisticated wine with lots of depth. A great journey.
