On the palate, oh boy... What a mess. Very sharp acidity with a candyish sweet core and a short, extremely bitter finish. The website says "a labyrinth of flavour, texture and emotion" - what a load of pretentious rubbish.
Extremely overrated and over-priced wine. I actually returned it and got my money back. And I was looking forward to this. A major dissapointment.

1/20/2016 10:20:00 PM - The bottle I have says Whole cluster, so I imagine it did have some carbonic notes. I'm a little confused how you had tasted a bottle from the 2014 vintage in 2014?
