Wednesday, November 12, 2014 - Here goes my third last bottle.. Lovely dark gold color, very sweet; no fruit. Very nice; maybe not as deep and complex as other sauternes, but e very easy drink. Excellent moment. Still no signs of getting too old. I will not wait too long with the remaining two bottles, though. Don't think it gets better.
Opened yesterday, got a notch better after a day.
