Sunday, November 30, 2014 - Dusky ruby. Strawberry nose with notes of dust, violets and earth. Deep toned fruit from front to back of the palate, with peripheral notes of acid and a supporting layer of drying tannin, a long dramatic coda of a finish that captures everything this wine presented. A brilliant wine, extravagant and restrained at the same time. 55+13+17+9.
