Friday, September 14, 2007 - This wine was opened and decanted1 hour before consuming. At first it was a good wine, fine nose, but only had hints of what it became later. After 3 hours it finally added the complexity and grace a wine of it's price should have. Either give this one time, or give it 3 hours in a decanter.
