Sunday, December 7, 2014 - So bright and energetic with a complex nose of freshly grated ginger, crisp blueberries, cherries, pomegranate and violets. It is crunchy and detailed in the mouth with fresh fruit flavours and a hint of some cooler plant matter notes. It is very minerally and the finishes with great cut and then flavours continue to fan out well after the wine is swallowed. Far too young but impeccably balanced.
