Tuesday, December 9, 2014 - Brilliant in color and concentration with notes of lemon, lime zest, white stone minerality, white flowers, and underripe green apple with a hint of underripe honeydew. Really opened up on the second day and the slightly oily-textured semillon character became more apparent while the wine became more opulent and expressive. Will be better in 3-6 years.
