Wednesday, December 10, 2014 - Drank this wine last night at a colleague's farewell at New Ubin Seafood last night. Drank this side by side with a 2012 Villa Maria Private Bin Sauvignon Blanc.

Colour is pale yellow, with a rocky, flint and lime on the palate. Restrained minerals and fruits with a dry finish. The presence of oak in the wine is unmistakable, making it a very difference in style to the New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.
