Saturday, December 13, 2014 - Dark ruby color. On the nose some Dark cherry with some earthiness. Medium acidity with tannins still on the forefront. It is big wine but at the same time has the finesse of a Burgundy. I would not call it fruit forward but it is definitely a dense wine. Black Cherry,with some earthiness and just a hint of herbs. Seems shutdown for now. Really curious to see how this develops. B +
