Sunday, December 14, 2014 - Open, fruity nose with a bit of bready yeast, apples, pears, stony minerals, winter apples and quite a lot of green notes, asparagus, nettles and green grass. Medium acidity, very fruity with distinguishable dosage. Good length and intensity and nice mousse. Not a big champagne, but as an aperitif this will do the job just fine!
