90 Points

Friday, December 19, 2014 - Popped and poured. Followed over 2 hours. Dark yellow. Sulfur tinged mineral bouquet with deep orchard fruit and white flower scents. Full bodied viscous entry quickly proceeding to an electric acidity tinged mid-palate showing white flower and orchard/tropical fruits. Acidity very prominent and draws the final out for close to a minute.

I think this has hit the apogee now and can still hold for a few more years but won't gain in complexity. Rich and rewarding - works well on its own en apperitif but could also pair well with Alsacian onion pie.
