Monday, December 22, 2014 - Strong nose of licorice, lavender and fruit - very savory. This continues on the palate. It needed an hour to pull together - this youthful wine is meaty and savory with an herbed tinged flavor profile. That said, it is clearly port, just a tough guy versus a velvet maiden. Young. (92+)
