Wednesday, December 24, 2014 - Lobster night at home. I wanted to check in on this still young Huet. Full of lanolin, beeswax and some quinine. Great purity of fruit and the depth of the 2005 vintage is clear here as it still needs time to unwind. Nice today but much more potential. 50+13+12+8+8=91+(+?)
