Monday, December 29, 2014 - Burgundy Dinner with Friends (RPM Steak - Chicago IL): Open 2 hours before serving, but this still needs another decade in the cellar. Very large scaled black cherry and berry throughout, with some emerging Gevrey gamy and sauvage character. Long and powerful, even if not really evolved yet.
