Monday, September 23, 2013 - A delicious and robust Sancerre from 70-year-old vines. Grapefruit and new-mown grass notes--perhaps some lemongrass or finely chopped herbs also. Nicely acidic and shows more body than some Sauvignon Blanc. Paired nicely with baked chicken tenders with asparagus
