Friday, July 27, 2012 - Deep red in colour, the nose shows plum and blackberry fruit that is backed by sweeter cinnamon / cedary oak characters.
The palate is steeped in blackberry with firm tannins and drying acidity that give way to black pepper and subtle mint on the long dark fruited finish.
