Thursday, September 15, 2011 - The nose is a delight with aromas of peach, almond-meal and ripe fig that play off each other well.

The wine is initially soft on entry, but has a mineral acidity from start to finish that adds textural contrasts over the journey.

The fruit on the palate is refrained and poised to slowly evolve over the next decade, the subtle peach , citrus and understated brioche characters will develop in stature and complexity.

The finish is long, vibrant and citrus driven
