Sunday, January 4, 2015 - Decanted 2 hours which was a very worthwhile investment. The 08 is just beginning to show its quality but gee it's an elegant wine. Familiar leather, cherry and a touch of cedar on the nose. Medium body with very fine tannin, more cherry cola and meaty/leathery notes on the palate. A very linear wine that doesn't overwhelm with body, sweetness or tannin but imposes with it's elegance and typicity of this Cuvee and winemaker. Excellent.
