Monday, January 19, 2015 - Pale, clear yellow with a light green tinge. Pure aromas of white flowers, lemon ice and lime. The goldilocks of chardonnay; not to lean, not too heavy, but just right. Flavors mirror the aromas. Very nice, exceptional. Pure chardonnay juice with no hint of oak.
