  Ready to drink, but it does develop to be more rounded after 1 hour.
  Enough acid to keep for another 2-3 years and get more depth and minerals.
  Fruit wise, the normal burgundy chardonnay traits but not too impressed, no outstanding fruit from the glass.

  Pale, clear yellow with a light green tinge. Pure aromas of white flowers, lemon ice and lime. The goldilocks of chardonnay; not to lean, not too heavy, but just right. Flavors mirror the aromas. Very nice, exceptional. Pure chardonnay juice with no hint of oak.

  Faiveley tasting (Hermitage Wine Bar): A step up from the Bourgogne Blanc. Apart from the floral notes on the nose, I could also detect a bit of flintiness/spice as well. This had a much fuller/rounder palate made up of mainly tropical fruits, as well as a tad of spice towards the end. It is balanced with the right acidity to give it a good finish.
