Monday, February 2, 2015 - Green apple and lime notes, with a nice touch of minerality holding it together. Refreshing acidity. Oak is quite far in the background, but provides a bit of light caramel on the finish. Yet another high quality effort from Copain-- reminds me of a well done cru Chablis. Just fantastic to see this kind of treatment coming out of Cali.
