Saturday, February 7, 2015 - Chevalier Wine Tasting (Chicago, IL): Tasting, brief note. Much like when tasted a few months ago, this is showing dense and powerful black fruit with a meaty character. Lots of black pepper, anise and dried spice. This needs lots of time in the back of the cellar.
