Monday, February 16, 2015 - Very good, but expected more. The acidity was not quite up to the level of sweetness. That said, amazing flavors of honey, stone fruit, and petrol. Rich, syrupy mouthfeel, long finish. Great with foie, but as I said, some additional acidity would be welcome.
