Tuesday, October 2, 2007 - Berries, especially raspberries. Fusel alcohols (even on day 2). Cedar, juniper berries and slight jamminess round out the aroma. Good tannic structure, but still mellow throughout. Creamy, spritzy. Tart Bing cherries and slight wet grass.
